In a statement, the Algarve University stated that the second phase will take place between the 16th and 20th of September, offering courses in Gastronomy and food innovation, and well-being at the Faro Campus and Information Systems and Technologies, at the Portimão Campus.
The new Gastronomy and Wellbeing courses aim to train professionals with the ability to design and carry out food and drink preparation and cooking activities, and to train young people in acquiring knowledge and developing skills.
The information systems and technologies course focused on the evolution of the sector in Portugal, aims to "create professionals with basic technical training and a strong component in the area of management and business intelligence", concludes the note from UAlg.
