Released in May of this year, Lives Outgrown is made up of 10 beautiful new tracks recorded over 10 years, produced by James Ford (Arctic Monkeys, Depeche Mode, The Last Dinner Party) and Beth Gibbons herself, as well as Lee Harris (Talk Talk).

This is her most personal work to date, the result of a period of deep reflection and change—“a lot of goodbyes,” in Beth’s words. Goodbyes to family, friends, and even who she used to be. These are songs from a midpoint in life, when looking to the future no longer holds the same promise and looking back takes on a sharper, more melancholy focus.
