According to Best Weather PT, "we will have drier and more stable weather between the 25 and 30 of November, followed by a transition to winter/cold/rainy weather in December" in some parts of Portugal.

This increases the odds, according to forecasts, of a "pure winter" Christmas and New Year's Eve, contrary to what happened in 2021.

In another publication, Best Weather PT stresses that, as we enter December, there is will be an increased "risk of episodes of snow, rain, wind".
