In an analysis released on 16 November about the impact of the opening of the air corridor between the United Kingdom and Portugal in August and September, the National Statistics Institute (INE) notes that, between 21 August and 10 September, the decrease in the number of passengers landing at national airports on flights from the United Kingdom was 53.5 percent, an evolution that contrasts with the decrease registered in the accumulated of the remaining days of the months of August and September (-80.2 percent).
