Artificial grass is something we should all seriously consider as Portugal faces periods of drought and an inevitable increase in the cost of water.
Lasting Lawns, run by David Cintra, is an artificial grass company based in Lagos, creating lush, durable and realistic artificial grass lawns and play areas for adults and children alike, as well as supplying grass to retailers for retail use.
Using only top quality artificial grass from Belgium, we have many lengths, styles and colour options available, so whether you require a perfect pet friendly green garden lawn for 365 days/year, a fun putting green, a mini golf course or a fabulous colourful outdoor area for children to play, hold yoga sessions or for an outdoor gym, Lasting Lawns will design and install your perfect bespoke garden or recreational area and in the process, save you ongoing maintenance time and money, whilst you play your part to reduce water consumption and save the environment in Portugal.

I just found this while looking for some news of plastic grass use in Portugal. I am sharing it at twitter where Welsh naturalist and TV personality Iolo Williams is posting about the horror of plastic grass. It harms the natural world and is yet another source of plastic pollution which eventually ends up in landfill, or as micro-plastics and nano-plastics somewhere in the environment. People are now testing positive for plastic in their bloodstream!
