Shopping centres in the
city of Chongqing (China) now have to adjust their opening hours to tackle “urgent”
power supply problems according to Reuters.

The recent heatwave has
caused the issue and businesses must now operate between 4pm and 9pm local time
to “ensure the safe and orderly supply of power and ensure the basic needs of
the masses”.
