The price of property in
the Netherlands fell by 2.3 percent in December when compared to November
according to statistics from CBS and reported by DutchNews.nl.

This fall is the biggest in
the past 10 years and follows a trend of decreasing prices which has been
taking place over the past five months as interest rates rise, leading to
reductions in borrowing.
