Following the debut of direct flights between Lisbon and Reykjavik, Play airline is preparing to start making the connection from Porto. In 2023, Portugal will have two seasonal routes to the capital of Iceland: the one from Lisbon returns on the 31st of March, while the debut in Porto is scheduled for the 24th of April.

According to NiT, the airline will fly to and from Lisbon twice a week, on Mondays and Fridays, until October 27th. In the case of Porto, planes take off on Tuesdays and Saturdays, until October 22nd
