In the information sent today to the Portuguese Securities Market Commission (CMVM), the company refers to having obtained in the first quarter of this year "a consolidated net result attributable to holders of capital of the CTT group of 16.1 million euros", surpassing by 10 .7 million euros the amount obtained in the same quarter of 2022.

"The evolution of the consolidated net result was positively influenced by the growth in recurring EBIT (+19.0 million euros)", says the same information, detailing that this result was also negatively impacted "by the worsening of financial results (-1.0 million euros)" and "due to the unfavourable evolution of income tax for the period (+3.9 million euros)".
