According to a communiqué from the municipality, the shooting included a team of 85 technicians, including several professionals from the city.

Outdoor scenes were filmed in iconic streets and places of the city, such as Avenida dos Aliados, Rua dos Clérigos or Rua das Flores.

On Tuesday filming took place on Rua de 31 de Janeiro between 9 am and 6 pm. "Access to commercial establishments was assured and it was not necessary to consider traffic constraints, as the street is already closed to car traffic due to the Porto Metro works", the note reads.

On the 30th and 31st of August, filming continues in Ribeira at night time.

Directed by Vishnu Vardhan and with actors Akash Murali and Aditi Shankar, the movie is also being filmed in Guarda, Coimbra, Porto, Évora, Figueira da Foz, Santarém, Lisbon, Setúbal and Azeitão.

The narrative follows a young woman, who moves to Portugal to study at the University of Coimbra, but is unfairly arrested, and her boyfriend then travels from India to prove her innocence.
