Following its August 1 successful launch into the coin market, Uwerx became a trusted project among its users. However, this trust was shaken when the project was hacked on August 2, 2023.
Uwerx Developers Show Unwavering Commitment To The Project
Uwerx developers did not allow the hack to disturb their plans for Uwerx. They immediately began to solve the issues caused by the hack. They started by assuring the community they would ensure a smooth and quick recovery.
True to their transparent approach to the project's affairs, the team announced every plan to the community and had the community decide on some issues through polls. Knowing that the crypto space has seen its fair share of exit scams, the Uwerx development team knew they must keep their community's trust high.
The team passed the new smart contract through two established auditors and one independent auditor to ensure a more secure contract. Having secured audit approvals, Uwerx prepared for a relaunch on the Polygon network. This relaunch took place on October 25, which was made possible by the liquidity intended for the buy-back initiative.
The project also completed its MVP version on October 30 and according to the speed at which development is progressing, the platform is likely to be built within 6 months from January.
Uwerx Completes All Airdrops
Uwerx developers have done a lot since the project's October 25 relaunch. The team activated the nine-month lock on their token and resolved issues with the Uwerx Vault. They also added new features to the Uwerx platform and assured users that more features will be added.
Faithful to their earlier promises, the team carried out the first airdrop on November 22, 2023. Keeping things rolling, the team carried out the second airdrop on November 29, 2023. These two airdrops have renewed users' trust in Uwerx, and many cannot wait for the next batch. The next airdrops took place on December 6th, 13th, 20th and 27th. More airdrops will be conducted on January 3rd, 10th, 17th, and 24th.
Uwerx developers promise to make the transaction hashes and wallet addresses available to users. They announced 0xaD2bD3b2437544262c92F386257686cDE06F7833 as the buy-back wallet address and encouraged users to view it alongside the transaction hash of their locked liquidity, which can be seen at
