The highest value of the bank assessment was in Greater Lisbon (€2,300/m2) and the lowest in the Center (€1,060/m2).
In apartments, the median value was €1,741/m2, increasing 4.8% compared to February 2023 and 0.9% compared to January.
In housing, the value was €1,230/m2, 7.2% more than in the same month of the previous year and 0.7% more than in January.
