At the lower end of the spectrum, Spain is followed closely by Italy and the United Kingdom, both averaging around 81-80 Mb/s. Despite the variations in speed across these nations, all recorded speeds exceeded 25 Mb/s, categorising them as excellent for modern digital activities, including streaming high-definition content (4K).

This speed is not only the highest in Portugal but also the fastest recorded in any of the analysed countries, including France, Germany, and the UK.
In Portugal, the average time to lead a webpage on mobile was recorded at 3.2 seconds, which matches the average in Spain. However, Ireland claims the title for the fastest navigation, with an average of just 2 seconds to lead a webpage.
