Located in the vibrant Bonjardim area, the new hub spans an impressive 11,200 square meters and is designed to be a dynamic space combining hospitality, coworking, and community-driven initiatives.

The Porto venue features 271 hotel rooms and 39 stylishly designed apartments, offering flexible accommodation options for travelers, digital nomads, and long-term residents alike. Beyond lodging, the hub offers over 580 square meters of coworking space and 450 square meters of meeting and event areas, providing ample opportunities for professional collaboration and networking. A gym, an interior courtyard garden, and a rooftop pool with a cocktail bar offering panoramic views add to the hub’s appeal as a versatile lifestyle destination.

Dining is also a key feature at The Social Hub in Porto. Guests and locals can enjoy a full-service restaurant known for its small plates and organic wines, a rooftop cocktail bar perfect for evening gatherings, and a café serving specialty coffee from the local roaster Combi alongside Portugal’s beloved pastel de nata.

One of the defining aspects of The Social Hub is its commitment to creating social impact and fostering community connections. As a B Corp-certified company, it actively promotes sustainability and community engagement. The Porto location plans to host more than 200 community events annually, ranging from cooking classes and professional skill-building workshops to cultural initiatives that celebrate local heritage.

The Social Hub’s arrival in Porto is expected to generate 30 new jobs and strengthen the city’s status as a vibrant hub for creativity and innovation. The company’s collaborative approach with local government and stakeholders over the past four years has ensured that the project aligns with Porto’s vision for sustainable urban development.

With this new opening, The Social Hub now boasts 23 properties across 18 European cities, including Amsterdam, Barcelona, Berlin, Madrid, and Vienna. Further expansion is on the horizon, with plans for a Lisbon venue already underway, promising to further enhance The Social Hub’s mission of connecting people through inspiring spaces and community-driven experiences.

As The Social Hub continues to grow, its innovative approach to blending hospitality, coworking, and cultural engagement positions it as a pioneer in the evolving landscape of modern urban living. Porto’s new venue is not just a place to stay but a space where creativity thrives, connections are made, and community spirit flourishes.
