"I think so. The IOC's position is the most reasonable.
The terms, conditions, and modalities of doing so is a matter that has to be

“Sport should be a factor of pacification and rapprochement
between the opposing parties. Everything that has been done - not in the sense
of finding balanced and peaceful solutions, but of arming one of the parties
against the other - does not seem to me to work. And it is clear what is
