新的酒店单元位于Rua da Firmeza，建筑项目由Miguel Cardoso签署，大厅里有艺术家Teresa Rego的壁画。

在波尔图，The Editory Collection酒店集团还拥有Porto Palácio Hotel by The Editory、The Editory Artist、The Editory House和The Editory Boulevard。

该集团还经营着Aqualuz Hotels by The Editory（拉各斯的特罗亚）、The Editory by the Sea（特罗亚-康波塔）、The Editory Riverside（里斯本的圣阿波罗尼亚）以及在特罗亚管理的旅游公寓--Troia Residence by The Editor。
