The current price of a trip on the Metropolitano and Carris
using the pre-purchased occasional ticket is 1.50 euros.
In the case of “zapping” top-ups on Viva Viagem and
Navegante cards (for amounts between three euros and 40 euros) each trip will
cost 1.47 euros, 12 cents more than this year (with the cost of 1.35 euros ).
On its website, Metro points out that in 2023 daily tickets
(valid for journeys made within 24 hours after the first validation) for
Carris/Metro will cost 6.60 euros (6.45 euros in 2022), on Carris
/Metro/Transtejo 9.70 euros (9.60 euros this year) and on Carris/Metro/CP the
price remains at 10.70 euros.
As announced by Área Metropolitana de Lisboa (AML), the
region's transport authority, the value of monthly Navegante passes remains
unchanged in the 18 municipalities in the region.
In the case of the Metro, the municipal Navegante remains at
30 euros in the municipalities of Lisbon, Amadora and Odivelas and the
Metropolitan Navegante at 40 euros.
For students aged up to 23 with tax address in Lisbon, the
municipal pass is free and the Navegante metropolitan for children up to the
end of 12 years is also free throughout the AML.
