They will be hosting a series of live webinars which promise to cover a wide range of topics including the residences, visa options and the benefits of investing and living in the Algarve, to name a few.

First Webinar première – 4th of February 2023

The webinar will be featuring special guest and lawyer Dra. Marisa Ferreira, from Martínez-Echevarría Ferreira Law Firm, who will go into detail about the different visa solutions available and what is most suited to each buyer and their family members, if applicable. The Golden Visa, one of the most flexible European residency programmes, will be further explained including the necessary requirements, details and eligibility. The D7 visa, also known as the “Digital Nomad Visa” will also be discussed.

After the presentation, we will be holding a Q&A for further clarification on any topics discussed during the webinar.

Keynote speakers Ana Damásio, Director of Real Estate Sales, and Alex Clayton, Senior Real Estate Sales Executive, will be discussing the benefits of living in the Algarve, the different lifestyles it caters to, as well as the exclusivity that comes with living in Quinta do Lago.
