This latest lockdown will remain in place until the Monday after the Easter weekend.
Police have said they will be boosting patrols and will be conducting spot checks throughout the next ten days, with their presence being most notable at popular outdoor leisure spots such as beaches and riverfronts.
The stricter rules are largely aimed at avoiding a surge in Covid-19 infection rates over the Easter week.
So first we are not allowed to drive our cars outside ot the county (Concelho) for almost 2 weeks. To avoid spreading of virus. (How could I spread virus if I am inside my car ?? It all depensts on the behaviour at the destination. Not the travel itself))
And after that are plans to fill Agarve with foreign tourists.
=> Forbidden to drive a car from Albufeira to Silves.
And nect period it is OK to fly from UK to ALgarve
Stupidity

How is it posible the GNR thinks that is top priority to chase person crossing a conchelo borde by car or take a walk along a river or beach that is empty ?
Are there not any moer important illegal activities to stop ?
Yes of course.
But GNR takes the easiest cases. To score points.
Instead of chasing the real criminals
