At the height of the season, the Canadian airline will operate more than 250 weekly flights to 44 destinations, including five to the Portuguese capital from Toronto, and five from Montreal, as well as three to Porto from Toronto, and two from Montreal.
Air Transat will also strengthen its position as the leading international air carrier departing from Jean Lesage Airport in Quebec City, with exclusive, non-stop flights to two European capitals: Paris and, for the first time, London.
Meanwhile, with Canadian WestJet, Air Transat has signed a codeshare agreement, which will soon allow customers to book transatlantic travel involving both airlines on a single ticket. This partnership, which begins to be implemented in early 2022, will give more options to consumers.
