The government of the Russian Federation has decided to cancel the temporary restrictions on entry into the territory of Portuguese citizens and third-country nationals who hold a permanent residence permit in Portugal.
Therefore, before boarding a flight to Russia, passengers who are citizens of third countries must present their residence permit in Portugal.
The Russian government also indicates that the entry into the country of the above-mentioned citizens is only allowed on direct flights or with stopovers in countries whose citizens can enter Russia without restrictions.
However, all foreign citizens (including Portuguese) must have a negative PCR test (in Russian or English) performed up to 48 hours before entering Russia, as well as filling out the form delivered on the plane before arriving in the country.
