The Portuguese wines are being discovered, thus The Base Cowork decided to organize the festival to pay homage to the national wines. 12 local wine producers will be attending the event and “share their story and wines”, as it was told in a note sent to The Portugal News. Whoever attends the event will have the opportunity to taste different wines and see the products showcased by “40 vendors” at an urban market.

An entrepreneurial spirit is being enhanced during the festival with artisans and start-up businesses being promoted during the event. The Wine & Jazz Festival also aims to promote the towns of Ericeira and Mafra as places where business can grow, sharing the idea that those places are worth making any investments.

5 live jazz sessions will also be held during the evening time at the event. The target audience for the event is not only wine lovers but also “kids as the parents will be able to sit in one of the many lounges offered by Torrie Café.” Children will have the opportunity to enjoy some events that will be done after a partnership between The Base Cowork Ericeira and “Ericeira Mom’s group.”

The event has a cost of 12 euros per person, but those under 18 years old will have free entrance.
