Lisbon: It will be feeling slightly cooler
over the weekend in the capital however temperatures will remain very high with
peaks of 36 degrees and lows of 20 degrees. Some cloud cover is expected
from Monday but temperatures will then rise again to highs of 38 degrees and lows
of 20 degrees.
The north: It will be
feeling very hot over the weekend with clear skies and highs of 36 degrees with
nightly temperatures only falling to 18 degrees. On Monday intermittent
cloud cover is predicted to roll in and to stay for the rest of the week when
it is to reach highs of 38 degrees and lows of 21 degrees.
The centre: Saturday is
to be clear and bright with temperatures peaking at 38 degrees with lows of 23
degrees. From Sunday some cloud cover is forecast but it is to remain very hot
with highs of 37 degrees and lows of 23 degrees expected for the remainder of
the week and with no chance of rain.
The south: Intermittent
cloud cover is expected over the weekend when temperatures are to peak at 32
degrees with nightly lows of 21 degrees. The very hot summer weather is
set to stay and will remain the same for the following week with no chance of
rain and easterly winds.
Madeira: Saturday is to be clear with highs
of 30 degrees and lows of 21 degrees. On Sunday slight cloud cover is
expected and thermometers are to rise to highs of 32 degrees with tropical
nightly temperatures of 24 degrees and this weather is set to continue for the
rest of the week.
The Azores: There will
be a chance of rain over the weekend in the Azores although it will remain warm
with highs of 22 degrees and lows of 17 degrees. From Sunday cloud cover
is to clear slightly and temperatures are to rise to highs of 23 degrees
although the chance of rain is also set to increase.
