According to this Friday's edition of Expresso, the delay in
dispatching bags is four days, but there are airports where the situation is
more problematic with a greater number of "lost" luggage and with
delivery to passengers taking up to 14 days.
At Lisbon airport, the situation has reached the point where
baggage handlers Groundforce have been forced to hire three couriers that will
deliver bags to hotels and passengers' homes three times a day.
Will it ever reach the final destination??? Doubt it.

My luggage has been lost since 13th of July at Lisbon airport. Grounforce is not replying to inquiries and I still have not received my luggage. The same happened to my mother in law, the luggage was mishandled in July and she also has not received hers.
