The group also presented forecasts for 2024, anticipating an investment of €19.2 million with the opening of 16 gyms and a turnover that could reach €62 million.
According to the company, and reported by ECO, this year Fitness Up has already opened five gyms, noting that "the year is now entering an acceleration phase with the opening of eight more units" all over the country.
The company highlighted that “with these figures, and after an average investment of 1.2 million euros per unit, the gym chain expects to close the year 2023 with a turnover that exceeds 45 million euros”.
“These values allow the company to continue to grow by more than 15 units per year, using equity alone”.
At the moment, Fitness Up has more than 1,200 employees and, “in 2024, it expects to employ more than 2,000 people in total”.
