According to the IPMA, mainland Portugal and the Madeira archipelago will be at very high levels today and Tuesday.

In the Azores, the IPMA predicts very high levels for all islands today, except Flores, which has moderate levels.

On Tuesday, all islands in the Azores archipelago are at very high risk of exposure to UV radiation.

The IPMA recommends for regions with high risk the use of sunglasses with UV filter, hats, t-shirts and sunscreen.
