After several increases, fuel prices will become cheaper at the beginning of next week.

The average price of diesel is currently €1.725/litre, while that of 95 petrol is €1.874/litre.

According to the regulator, for the week of August 28th to September 3rd, "the efficient price before taxes is 0.953 euros/litre for simple 95 gasoline and 0.976 euros/litre for simple diesel", and after taxes, is fixed "at 1.895 euros/litre, for straight 95 gasoline, and at 1.770 euros/litre for straight diesel".
