Silves Castle will close on Saturday at 4:30 pm, with the last entry at 4:00 pm and will reopen, as usual, on Sunday at 9:00 am.

And this closure is generating more tax base funds for the Silves Camara? Why is this museum/monument not free to residents as the many hundreds of others throughout the country...it is absolutely based on the location...Algarve hosts international visitors willing to put out a few euros here and there, meanwhile the locals residents will suffer for this when it is there's to begin with!
