The 2023 edition will take place in the Portalegre district, from November 6th to 12th.

For Aníbal Soares, managing partner of Publibalão, the festival's primary objectives include “promoting the practice of ballooning in Portugal, reinforcing the commitment to the festival's impact on participating locations and, naturally, increasing media return for all parties involved.”
