The Alerta Emprego portal, organiser of this initiative, aims to facilitate companies' access to talent and support the recruitment process.

Among the different areas covered by the initiative are engineering, marketing, construction, tourism or health. Leroy Merlin, Metro de Lisboa, BNP Paribas, EDP, Enercon, Portuguese Army, CorPower Ocean and Club Med are some of the companies and institutions present at the event.

According to Joana Piteira, general manager of Alerta Emprego, “the online model brings added value by allowing no restrictions on participation, which can be done from any region and with no limit on number”.

Furthermore, this format “allows for a better evaluation of results and measurement of return from companies, as well as easier contact with several candidates at the same time and better filtering of applications”.
