The Top Employers Institute promotes a certification program that "allows organisations to assess and improve the environment in the workplace", and since 2005 it has certified more than 2,200 organisations in 122 countries, it is explained in a note sent to SAPO news.

All countries in which Coca-Cola Europacific Partners operates in Europe that have participated in the program have received this positive certification. "France and Great Britain and, for the first time, Germany, Spain, Portugal, Belgium and the Netherlands have obtained the top employer certification," it said in a statement.

"We know that our people, our culture and our values are the real secret to our success. Our goal is for everyone to be welcome and to be able to feel good in a safe, open and inclusive workplace, which is why this certification as a top employer is very important to us," says Rui Serpa, VP & country director of Coca Cola Europacific Partners Portugal.
