Several stars of the cycling world have confirmed their participation in the event, including Geraint Thomas, Remco Evenepoel and Portuguese cyclist João Almeida.
This year’s edition of the Volta ao Algarve starts tomorrow with a stage from Portimão to Lagos and ends on February 18th, with a race between Faro and the top of Malhão.

Shocking, shame on you PN for not promoting this event when there are so few others things happening in the country! Diabolical! How can sweaty people, in multi-colored stretchy suits and impaled on skinny bikes not be deemed “critical” news for everyone? Fantastic!
