Beja, Setúbal, Lisbon, Faro, Évora and Santarém were the districts that saw the biggest increase in rental values compared to the same period in 2023.
Portalegre (-28%) was the district that recorded the biggest drop in average rents in March, compared to February, both falling to €380. This is followed by the district of Leiria (-6%), where the average rent currently stands at €850.
"In relation to the average value of properties for rent, there is an increase in the average rent of +33%, being 320 euros more expensive, when compared to the same period last year. Although we are seeing a slight stabilisation of values averages, in March there was an increase (+4%), now standing at €1,300, compared to last month".
