According to Publituris, in the most recent edition of the “Randstad Employer Brand Research 2024” study, which analyses the perception of the active population in relation to the largest employers in several countries, the aviation sector appears as the third most attractive sector to work in Portugal.

This means that there is a positive evolution in the attractiveness of this sector, since in the year 2023, in this analysis, aviation was in fifth position in terms of attractiveness.

The attractiveness of this area may have been driven by OGMA, which was distinguished in the Top 20 as the second most attractive company to work for in Portugal.

In the sector ranking, OGMA was also considered the most attractive company to work for, followed by ANA - Aeroportos de Portugal and TAP Air Portugal.

Regarding the five criteria that employees value most, the analysis revealed that, in the aviation sector, professionals highlight, in order of importance: financial health; the content of work; financial stability and reputation; career progression, and attractive salary and benefits.
