The event, which starts on Saturday at 9 pm, with an opening parade with football teams, includes eight groups of young people between the ages of 7 and 15, the municipality announced in a statement.

On June 28th, at 8:30 pm, the opening ceremony of the tournament will take place for the remaining levels of the competition at the municipal Sports Complex.

For the mayor of Vila Real de Santo António, Álvaro Araújo, cited in the note, the presence of thousands of people from different regions of the country “creates a unique dynamic that benefits the local economy and promotes the city as a tourist and sports destination of reference".
