“FIADA maintains the objective of disseminating national and international craftsmanship, placing in evidence the crafts and the relevance of design in the conception, innovation, and commercialisation of its products,” commented Regina Gouveia from the municipality.
FIADA, which will take place in the Jardim das Artes of Covilhã, between September 5 and 8, is organised by the Municipality of Covilhã, in the area of the Creative City of UNESCO in Design, in partnership with ICOVI, with the Business Association of Covilhã, Belmonte e Penamacor (AECBP) and INATEL.
The third edition of this event will feature 40 crafts from various points of the country, joined by more than two representatives from other Creative Cities, which will show work in areas such as textiles, traditional and contemporary ceramics, wood, artistic woodworking and jewellery.
