Long is the father of a 14-year-old daughter who lives with cerebral palsy. He has developed a deep understating of the difficulties faced by people with disabilities through his years caring for his daughter.
There was a time when Long had to close his tailoring shop to take his daughter to treatment, but he soon revived it for the purposes of helping people with disabilities get stable jobs.
Despite the hardships and challenges, Long feels that his efforts are worthwhile when he sees his disabled students transforming their lives and becoming independent.
