The equipment, which will be extended to other areas of the municipality, will allow for the collection of electrical and electronic waste, glass, bulky/mono waste, paper and cardboard, plastic and metal.
The Vice-President of the Council stresses that “the acquisition of the two Ecocentres, with an investment value of 24,354 euros, aims to improve the collection and recycling of waste that does not have space in the common ecopoints”, and that the Municipality later intends to extend the project to other areas of the municipality”.
