The new units, located in Fátima, Loures and Alentejo, are scheduled to open in 2025.
The project in Alentejo, a four-star hotel with 75 rooms, represents an investment of €15 million. During a recent visit, the Secretary of State for Tourism, Pedro Machado, promised to resolve electrical infrastructure problems that have delayed the works, the company said in a statement.
In addition to these three projects, TLG Global has more than two dozen projects under development in the country. The group with Indian roots, specialising in the development and management of hotels and resorts, also operates in immigration and citizenship by investment sector, with a real estate portfolio valued at more than €80 million, the group said in a statement.
