The University of Algarve will begin construction of the Arts Pavilion, on the Gambelas Campus in Faro, a building intended for the Visual Arts course, with an investment of €1.5 million.

The building will have a floor with a central atrium for events and exhibitions, classrooms, drawing rooms, multimedia rooms, laboratories, workshops, photography studios (analog and digital) and a bar with a capacity for 92 people.
The structure will be powered by electricity generated by 90 photovoltaic panels, with the work having a completion period of 365 days.
