The deal was sealed through its collective real estate investment vehicle SCPI managed by Remake Asset Management.

About two weeks ago, Remake itself announced the purchase of this retail park in Setúbal for 8.1 million euros. The property has 4,000 square meters (m2) and is 100% occupied by three brands: Worten, Maxmat and KFC, which have 10 year lease contracts, according to a note published on the company's LinkedIn. The estimated return on acquisition is 7%.

In the same publication, Remake also reported its entry into Poland, with the purchase of four hotels from the B&B Hotels brand for 33.5 million euros, located in Krakow, Warsaw, Lodz and Lublin. And it also announced the acquisition of an Auchan logistics platform in the same country, with 38,400 m2, for 30.5 million. All assets have long-term leases (over 15 years).

“These investments, totaling more than 60,000 m2, mark Remake Live’s entry into these new markets for a total value of more than 75 million euros. The net real estate return for these transactions is just over 7% at the time of acquisition,” the text further states.
