This initiative aims not only to create opportunities for professional development but also to offer support in several essential areas, such as training, health and well-being, networking and direct contact with companies from different sectors.

The event, with free participation upon registration, will be attended by IKEA, retailers from MAR Shopping Algarve and Designer Outlet Algarve, as well as companies from the Tourism, Technology, Health and Civil Construction sectors. The expansion of Designer Outlet Algarve will also bring new employment opportunities, with the opening of stores and the consequent creation of jobs in the region.
