When you fill up, you will have to pay 1.593 euros per litre of simple diesel and 1.755 euros per litre of simple 95 petrol, taking into account the average prices charged at the pumps on Monday, published by the Directorate-General for Energy and Geology (DGEG).

These values already take into account the discounts applied by gas stations and the review of temporary tax measures to help mitigate the increase in fuel prices.

This week, diesel rose 1.7 cents and petrol rose 3.7 cents, a much smaller increase than market expectations, which pointed to a two-cent increase in diesel prices and four cents in gasoline prices.
