In the general policy debate with the Prime Minister in the Assembly of the Republic, the Liberal Initiative (IL) deputy Carlos Guimarães Pinto accused António Costa of having not having the capacity to govern.

“When the country grows, the responsibility lies with the Government, when it does not grow, it is with the international situation. Even for the nomination errors he makes in his Government, he now wants to share the blame with the President, with parliament, with whoever it may be, who can absolve him of responsibility”, said Carlos Guimarães Pinto from the IL party.
