The Inspectorate-General for Internal Administration (IGAI) received 950 complaints against the performance of the security forces in 2019, with the PSP being the most complained-about police force. In comparison to previous years, 2019 was the year with the highest number of complaints against the actions of police since 2012. The PSP is the security force with the highest number of complaints, followed by the GNR, SEF, and other entities.
