According to the mayor, the future business park, which will grant the space at the price of 0.15 cents per square meter, "already has 45 thousand square meters occupied, about a 1/3 of the total area, with a company in the area of rail-road logistics ", with the prospect that it will start operating in September 2021.

The area of ??the future business park has 13 lots for economic activities and one lot for support services of different dimensions, with their areas varying between 6,000 and 13,500 square meters.
