According to DECO, at this moment, the use of campsites is not limited to a maximum capacity. However, campsites can impose their own internal rules, so before deciding to opt for this trip, the best idea would be to contact the campsite in order to assess what kind of measures are being taken.
Campers will need to use individual protective equipment, including masks or visors and only remove them inside their unit, according to the Portuguese Health Authority recommendations.
Some campsites may also have the Clean & Safe seal (a designation created to identify tourist activities that comply with hygiene and cleanliness rules for the prevention and control of the Covid-19).
So if you are interested in this information on cleaning and safety, you can access the Turismo de Portugal website to obtain this information, available at https://portugalcleanandsafe.com/en. Don't forget that campsites are considered tourist accommodation, so you should filter your research using this term to get faster information.
This year I'm going on a motorhome trip. I heard about the Motorhomes Marketplace; can I trust it?
People are increasingly enthusiastic about the possibility of using a camper van to discover and travel along the trails and landscapes of Portugal. However, there are also several doubts that this option raises, since in the context of this activity there is a proliferation of offers that take on a different nature, such as the motorhome’s marketplace.
There are already many platforms that allow the rental of camper vans between professionals or between individuals of different origins, thus creating an opportunity to expand the offer. What distinguishes them? If the contract is concluded with a motorhome rental company, it will be subject to the rules arising from consumer law. Therefore, the consumer may demand compliance with consumer protection law. On the other hand, if the rental is between two individuals, the situation is different.
In this situation DECO advises you to try to get all the information in writing first in order to enjoy this service without a hitch.
I’ve contacted the glamping I usually attend to find out if this year I could book a yoga class for me and my friends, a total of 10 people. They informed me that, given a Covid-19 outbreak, this service is not currently available. Can I complain?
Currently, some of the services usually provided by sites may be limited due to the regulations adopted by the Health Authorities. In this case, as you didn’t book the service at a previous stage, nor did you pay for it, the complaint may be unfounded since the reason for the suspension is related to a mandatory measure in order to mitigate the dissemination of SARS-CoV-2.

When I started to surf in the 90's there were no motor homes in all Vincentina Coast. Now they are everywhere, parking illegally on the coast in the heart of natural reserves. Rubbish is left behind. Please respect nature, park only in campsites or caravan sites. Locals are getting upset and things are chaging.

My advice take your bedrooms on wheels and go pollute eastern europe.
Stealth camping is another increasing problem here.
Vans with no windows and designed to look like normal vans are being used by these wandererers.
They definitely have no facilities so they go crXp behind bushes.
Filthy gross please stay away
