Covid tests are free in the US if you have insurance. My insurance covers it and I am flying to Lisbon in April. I’ll still get a Covid test before flying there just to be sure. I have to pay for the test in Lisbon 24 hours before flying home and I have to pay that out of pocket. 90 euros at the Lisbon airport.
