Azul announced that, as of May 15, it will operate two flights a day between Lisbon and São Paulo, an increase in offer that equals the operation that the airline had before the pandemic and which will continue until 1 September, the Brazilian carrier said in a statement.
“It is with great satisfaction that we inform you of a new increase in frequencies to/from Lisbon. As previously reported, since March 2, 2022, Azul has increased frequencies to 10 flights per week. In the period from May 15 to September 1, 2022, we will operate two daily flights”.
Flights depart São Paulo at 9:00am and 1:00pm, arriving in Lisbon at 4:10pm and 8:10pm, respectively.
“This increase is very significant as we will return to the same number of flights to/from Lisbon that Azul had before the beginning of the pandemic”, highlights the airline, underlining that its commitment and confidence in the route to Portugal, as well as in the national market, “continues to be unshaken”.
