In relation to January, when the amount raised reached €48 million, the decline was 12.5%.

In the second month of the year, 94 golden visas were granted (the same number as in January), of which 69 were for the acquisition of real estate (41 for urban rehabilitation) and 25 through the capital transfer criterion.

Investment in the purchase of real estate totalled €32.7 million in February, of which €14.3 million was in urban rehabilitation, while in capital transfer the amount reached €9.3 million.

In February, 21 golden visas were granted to people from the United States, 13 to people from China, seven to people from India, another seven to people from Brazil and six to people from Lebanon.

Last month, 100 residence permits were granted to reunited family members, with a total of 205 for the year.
